To redeem you membership gift voucher please follow the following instructions.

The process is the same as if you were buying membership for yourself but rather than paying money for it you will be using the voucher code to pay for it.

At the bottom right hand corner of this screen there is an "Add to Basket" button. Pease click on this and you will receive the message that River Cottage membership has been added to your basket.

Please click on the view your basket option and this will take you through to the basket page. You should see that you have successfully added River Cottage Membership to your basket and the basket total is £35.00

Now enter your voucher code in the "Use Voucher" box and press Add on the right hand side of the screen. You will notice the basket total is now £0.00

Now please press Place Order just below the total. If you are already registered on our website please login, if you are a new customer you will have to register first, if this is the case click on the word register and this will take you to a screen where you can enter all of your details. Once you have done this and hit the signup button you will have to go back to view your basket.

You will then have to confirm the order by pressing the place order button again.

Your invoice and delivery address will then appear. If these are correct press place order again.

You will now receive a message saying your order has been accepted, this means that you are a River Cottage Member!

River Cottage Membership Voucher Redemption

Online Courses

We are currently launching our unique online courses and these will all be available free for members. The first three of our favourite River Cottage subjects to be released are Pigs and Pork, Catch and Cook and The Magic of Mushrooms, to be followed by Game, later this year. Fully comprehensive and unsurpassed in the online course world, each course reflects the knowledge, passion and magic of a day at River Cottage. With the additional joy of doing it all at your own pace in an easy to follow format, with video and recipes that can be watched again and again. As each new course is released members will be given instant access. Each online course is available to non-members at a cost of £20 per course.

Hugh Dates

As a member, you will be offered tickets for all Hugh courses in 2008 first, before they are released to the public. Thus ensuring that we give members the best chance and choice of attending a Hugh hosted day. Members Annual Party

The members annual party is an exclusive one off event for Members only, giving you the opportunity to party with your favourite River Cottage contributors including Hugh. Two tickets per member will be sold on a first come first served basis, but we are hoping to welcome as many of you as possible. It will give members the opportunity to meet each other and all the River Cottage team, plus many of the faces and contributors from our shows and events. Hugh will welcome guests and kick off an evening filled with the best River Cottage hospitality including great seasonal food, plenty of west country cider and live music!

Partner discounts

We have built great partnerships with like minded companies and are keen for our members to benefit from these. With that in mind we have been speaking to our friends at various organisations about a number of discounts, special offers and priority bookings. A list of these can be found here. Being a River Cottage member can only help.

All members will receive a 10% discount on all our River Cottage books, DVDs and selected products from our online shop.

River Cottage Seed Project 2008

From Spring 2008, we will be developing a project to preserve seed from selected vegetables from the River Cottage gardens here at Park Farm, these will be available only to members, free but on a limited basis. More details to follow.
