Meet Pam Corbin, author of the second River Cottage Handbook, Preserves

To celebrate the publication of our second River Cottage Handbook, Preserves , the author Pam Corbin will be out and about signing copies at local events.

If you would like to meet Pam to ask her any preserving queries and to get a copy of Preserves personally signed she will be at the following events.

 

The Eat Dorset Food Fair   18th and 19th October    Pam will be at the Eat Dorset Food Fair on Saturday 18th October at 12:45 followed by a book signing
