Second Chef, River Cottage HQ (reporting to the Head Chef)

River Cottage is looking for a Second Chef to assist in the smooth day to day running of the kitchen at River Cottage HQ at Park Farm, near Axminster.

The ideal candidate must consistently deliver a high standard of food to event guests, assist in staff training using the recorded methods given to you and actively develop River Cottage Course content to aid the introduction of new courses and events in conjunction with the Head Chef.

The candidate must also ensure the smooth delivery of demonstrations within course content, and work together with the Head Chef to address issues arising from demonstrations and courses.
