Join Hugh for the ultimate pre-Christmas experience at River Cottage HQ. You'll spend the evening dining on the very best ingredients making an indulgent festive feast with Champagne, excellent wines and convivial company from Hugh and a couple of his contributors - which might be Ray or John, Mark and Pam.
The evening will begin at 6pm with a winter warming cocktail and delicious home-made canapes. We'll then take our seats for a festive Q & A with Hugh and his contributors, as they discuss everything River Cottage, whilst you fire your questions at them, for a lively and fun debate. We'll then break and then sit down to dinner with our contributors at 8pm. Hugh will kick the meal off with a champagne toast, before we indulge in four delicious courses, including cheese and port, and finishing off with Somerset Cider Brandy, coffee and petit fours. During the meal you will be served the local and organic wine, chosen especially to accompany the dishes.
