Polgoon Sparkling Aval Rose is a unique Cornish Champagne-style sparkling cider made using exactly the same ‘traditional method’ used to make Champagne made by Polgoon Vineyard in Penzance.

A second fermentation taking place within the bottle, as in traditional Champagne, gives Aval Rose the finest bubbles and a super frothy long lasting mousse.

Aval Sparkling Rose is infused with 8% pure raspberry juices giving it a fantastic colour, aroma and taste.  Light in alcohol it is only 7% vol.

Delicious and fruity, just off dry with balancing acidity.  On the palate it’s soft and creamy, the fruit is elegant with a long, attractive finish.

Refreshing and sophisticated, it is superb served as an aperitif, to share a bottle with friends, or enjoy as a celebratory drink.

Polgoon Sparkling Aval Rose is a recent winner of the ‘Taste of the West Gold Medal 2009’ and runner up in The National Drinks Awards.
