Host Steve Lamb has been involved with Hugh and River Cottage for over 10 years and will be on hand to answer your questions in today's live webchat from River Cottage HQ (September 2, 3pm).

He regularly appears in the River Cottage TV series, hosts the River Cottage Cookery School and is a frequent contributor at River Cottage events across the country.
