Tim Maddams Q&A

Head Chef Tim Maddams will be joining us for a live Q&A at 4pm this afternoon (Wednesday 19 October).

In the first episode of River Cottage Veg on Sunday, Hugh challenged Tim to add more vegetarian dishes to the menu at the Axminster Canteen & Deli.

He was also central this year to Hugh's Fish Fight, creating the famous mackerel bap to encourage chippys up and down the country to supply alternatives to cod (see the video below).
