  • The River Cottage Advent Calendar

Welcome to the River Cottage Advent Calendar. Every day until 18th December we will be opening the window of our Advent calendar with some special offers along the way. In each window will be a letter; put those letters together to see if you can guess a great Christmas treat and you'll be entered into our prize draw. The winner will receive two tickets to the multi bird roast on December 20th 2008 (or two tickets to a Friday or Saturday evening event in January 2009) and we'll also refund the winner anything they have bought from the Advent calendar in our online shop in December 2008.

Terms and conditions:-

  • Deadline for entries is midnight December 18th 2008 and all entries must be received by this competition closing time
  • The prize is two tickets to the multi bird roast on December 20th 2008 (or two tickets to a Friday evening or Saturday evening Event in January 2009) and we will refund the winner anything they have bought from the Advent calendar in our online shop in December 2008 up to midnight on 18th December 2008.
  • The winner will be selected at random and will be contacted by email and telephone no later than 19th December
  • No further correspondence will be entered into.
  • This prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize or sold on.
  • Failure to acknowledge prize notification by Noon on 19th December 2008 will result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
  • No purchase is necessary
  • The name of the winner can be obtained by emailing shopassistant@rivercottage.net after 21st December 2008.
