Our award-winning restaurants in Bristol, Axminster and Plymouth showcase the very best produce from our spiritual home in the South West. Our daily changing menus boast a wide selection of freshly prepared seasonal, local, organic and wild food, which is at the heart of the River Cottage approach to cooking. And as you would expect virtually all of our supplies have been locally sourced by Hugh and his team of head chefs.
