River Cottage Day Courses

Join the River Cottage team of experts for a variety of day courses at River Cottage HQ. 

If you'd like to develop existing talents or enhance your passion for food, then our courses are the perfect experience for you. 

From butchery and fish skills to foraging and bread making, our team will give you the confidence you need to then continue your learning at home. 

Whether you have your own smallholding, fancy yourself a bit of a gardener, or just have an enthusiasm for all things seasonal & local - we have a course to suit you! 

And they make great gifts too!

Taught in groups with a maximum size of 25, courses range in price from £145 to £225 per person. 

Courses are seasonal, and run over one day (typically from 10am - 5pm), include a full lunch and course materials so you can continue your learning at home.

If you'd like to give a day course as a gift, please have a look at our Event Gift Voucher (£175), which covers the cost of the majority of our courses, and allows the recipient to choose a course to suit their schedule!
