I remember the day's when I would wear something like these... Aye many many MANY moons ago. What sort of clothes style would you go for today if you were a young flibbertigibbet, again.
OR.. what did you do/wear then that you would never get away with now??
Make yourself at home!!! Clean my kitchen.
A balanced diet is a piece of cake! In each hand.
I would never get away with anything now!!! Velvet jackets, bottle green oxford bags, platform shoes . I never wore skirts till the gypsy skirts came into fashion . I was a Bay City Roller fan and loved the white cut off trousers with the tartan scarf down one side. My normal clothes would have been baggy trousers and tank tops or jodphurs as we used to ride a lot.I never wore shoes like that though too much of a tom boy
lol I used to love the Rollers too. Mum wouldn't let me wear the trousers half mast as she used to say. I loved the rider boots though. Never was a fan of the oxford bags..

Hot pants or 'jump' suits - then but not now, no never and I was never 'safe' on Stilettos and I only had a bee-hive for one afternoon before my Dad went mad and made my cousin wash it all out again
(Many moons ago I was in our company's version of The Rocky Horror Picture Show )
Well that's a relief. A friend of mine was arrested en route to a RHPS evening. Apparently, in Tasmania it used to be illegal for a man to be in women's attire after sundown. Equally apparently, it was perfectly ok in broad daylight.
It think the perm might be out these days - that long-haired masses of curls look so popular in the 80s ...
Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not. (Ralph Waldo Emerson)
The things we used to do!
