Hi. Two years back we visited the Axminster restaurant, and ate duck egg omelette with spelt grains. Would it be possible to dig out that recipe and share it with me?
This was in June 2009, during the Axe Vale festival.

I am seriously pondering to go back on well water. The water people already have lined a deep well for the last occupant and it is still running. How do you start and who do you ask for quality etc. I would appreciate any advice or opinions on well water bad or good . THANKS.
