Baby Carrier

asked by Esscargo on

What was the name of the baby carrier Hugh used in the episode with the picnic with the babies?

Answer this question

I recently watched Hugh's TV show with a group of ladies making sour dough bread. I am feeding my starter at the moment and would like to know what you do with the starter you "throw away". I seem to recall that Hugh said you could make pancakes out of it but cant find out how to do that. Can anyone help please.

I would also like to know if you can use a starter with Sour Dough Rye Bread mix in a bread machine?

External air drying frame

asked by vizzy on

Hi
I know this may sound stupid but I would like to try air drying my own ham but I have no idea as to what type of frame I should build to house it during the drying process or how to make it waterproof but yet still allow air to flow freely. I would be drying outside in the elements as I don't have a garage or barn in which to hang it, mention has been made regarding one used to hang it from a tree but no directions as to how to make it or waterproof it, sorry again if this sounds dumb but it has me stumped.

Any plan's for your birthday Hugh? As with Hugh I turn 47 tomorrow. I'm going fishing off the Queensland coast looking for (very sustainable) pelagic species such as Mackeral, Wahoo or Mahi Mahi. Will send some pics .

Cheers
