Baby Carrier
asked by Esscargo onWhat was the name of the baby carrier Hugh used in the episode with the picnic with the babies?
I recently watched Hugh's TV show with a group of ladies making sour dough bread. I am feeding my starter at the moment and would like to know what you do with the starter you "throw away". I seem to recall that Hugh said you could make pancakes out of it but cant find out how to do that. Can anyone help please.
I would also like to know if you can use a starter with Sour Dough Rye Bread mix in a bread machine?
can a member bring their wife to the members party in july or does she have to be a member aswell and how much are the tickets going to cost?

External air drying frame
asked by vizzy onHi
I know this may sound stupid but I would like to try air drying my own ham but I have no idea as to what type of frame I should build to house it during the drying process or how to make it waterproof but yet still allow air to flow freely. I would be drying outside in the elements as I don't have a garage or barn in which to hang it, mention has been made regarding one used to hang it from a tree but no directions as to how to make it or waterproof it, sorry again if this sounds dumb but it has me stumped.
