Gorse and strawberry bellini

serves 1

Ingredients

about 100g strawberries, hulled
2 tbsp caster sugar
gorse wine (or use sparkling white wine)

gorse wine, caster sugar, Strawberries

Directions

Put the strawberries and sugar in a blender and whiz to a puree. Measure the puree, add twice as much gorse wine, and stir well. Serve well chilled.
