20 minute georgous cupcakes that contain wheat and are nut free!enjoy making them! when making use a mug instead of a cup.

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups of plain flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2 large free-range eggs choclate icing:
  • 1/2 teaspoons of salt 150grams of butter softened
  • 1 cup of milk 250grams icing sugar
  • 2 tbs of cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp hot water
  • optional sweets.

Directions
1.preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius/350f gas mark 4. put paper cases in the cupcake tray. 2.sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bow. Mix well. 3.Add the butter, milk and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute untill thick and gooey. Add the eggs, beat for a further 1 min on medium speed then 2 mins on full speed. 4.Spoon mixture into the tray untill half full and the bake for 20-25 mins. leave to cool once finger press on cakes spring back leave on cooling wrack. 5. For the icing beat together the butter and icing sugar. Mix the cocoa powder and water in a different bowl. 6. Add the cocoa and water mix to the butter and sugar mix, beat untill smooth and creamy the swirl over cakes deacorat with sweets which are optional.

fabulous cakes tried and loved them better than any normal cupcakes please everyone try them i amm a youn baker in my young teen and i recommend for kids parties.
