butternut and parsnip soup

one butternut squash, one parsnip ,1 pint of chicken stock, one carrot

Directions

peel all veg cut up put in pot with stock simmer for15 mins then liquidise and serve with soda bread a

This is better if u roast the squash & other veg first in olive oil, with thyme!
