This is my very own variation of the much loved Italian Gratin recipe. Although it is a very simple and quick dish to prepare this still remains a 'show stopper' at dinner parties in this house, everyone who has had it here, wants the recipe so here it is guys....enjoy!
Rate this recipe:- 12-15mins
- 4 as a Starter/2 as a Main
- 1 Bag of mussels, washed and cleaned
- 3 glasses of white wine
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger
- bunch of coriander
- 1/2 red birds eye chilli
- 3 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbs grated parmersan cheese
- 200g breadcrumbs
- few good glugs of olive oil
