cheesy creamy garlic potatoes

this potatoes works well if you add blue vien cheese . its great with any meat .

Ingredients

3 Tsp oil
cup cream
3 garlic crushed
50g butter
half chopped parsley
hand full dried chives
pinch of salt and pepper too taste
corn flour to thicken
tasty cheese grated
4 cups cooked potatoes

Potatoes, Cream, Garlic

Directions

malt butter with oil in sauce pan when melted add garlic ,parsley, chives for 3 minutes add cheese tasty until melted. use the cprn flour thicken if needed. season with salt and pepper too taste ,pour over 4 cups cooked potatoes . sev hot
