this potatoes works well if you add blue vien cheese . its great with any meat .

Ingredients
  • 3 Tsp oil
  • cup cream
  • 3 garlic crushed
  • 50g butter
  • half chopped parsley
  • hand full dried chives
  • pinch of salt and pepper too taste
  • corn flour to thicken
  • tasty cheese grated
  • 4 cups cooked potatoes

Directions
malt butter with oil in sauce pan when melted add garlic ,parsley, chives for 3 minutes add cheese tasty until melted. use the cprn flour thicken if needed. season with salt and pepper too taste ,pour over 4 cups cooked potatoes . sev hot
