This is a tasty treat that will be go down well with meat eaters and vegetarians at your barbecue's. It sounds a little strange but try it.

Ingredients
  • 1 Mango. 5 cloves of garlic. Handful of fresh coriander, 50 grams of butter or marg. 1 large french stick.

Directions
Take the mango and thinly slice. Chop coriander. Crush the garlic and add to soft butter Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take 1 large french stick and slice down the centre. Spread the garlic butter on the inside then add the mango and chopped coriander. Place the bread in the oven upside down for 10 mins turn over and cook for another 10 mins. If you like your bread crispy leave in the oven for a further 5 mins. Slice into rings and serve.
