Grilled Lamb with Rosemary & Garlic

Ingredients
  • 4-8 Fresh Lamb chops.
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic (home grown if possible).
  • Salt and Pepper.

Directions
Drizzle some olive oil into an oven tray Grind some salt & pepper into the oil And use half of the Rosemary sprinkle this into the oil. Place the fresh chops into the oven tray Drizzle a little oil over them and salt & pepper them, putting the rest of the rosemary over the top of the chops. Crush garlic (without peeling it) and put into oven tray. Cover the oven tray with foil, leave for about ¾ - 1 hour to infuse. Put into bottom of the oven for about 20 mins while cooking roast potatoes gas mark 6 (ish) Take out 20 minutes before spuds are done, leave on the side for ten minutes still covered by foil. Pre heat grill. Have a little glass of wine you deserve it!!! Uncover chops and place onto grill tray grill for 5mins each side, under a hot grill. Serve with roast pots and fresh veg.
