- * Thinly pared zest of 1 lemon, and half its juice
- * 50ml olive oil
- * 50ml rapeseed oil
- * Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- For the dressing
- * A handful of oregano leaves, finely chopped
- * Small bunch of chives, finely snipped
- * About 1 tbsp finely chopped thyme leaves
- * Juice and finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- * Olive or rapeseed oil
- * Salt and freshly ground black pepper
