- Variable - can be 4 small, or 8 large!
- 500g cooked turkey
- Half teaspoon salt
- Sprinkle of black pepper
- 500ml water
- 1 - 3 turkey stock cubes
- 3 - 4 teaspoons dried rosemary (I doubt you will find fresh in December)
Cube your turkey into the size of about half a thumb each.
Roll the turkey in the salt and pepper until covered completely.
Place the garnished turkey into a large pan.
Dice the rosemary.
Add the rosemary to the pan, and give a good stir.
Place onto the hob on a dark red flame.
Stir the mix continually until the turkey has broken down a little.
Crumble one of the stock cubes into the mix.
Mix in the stock cube.
Leave to simmer on a lower flame, for 10 - 15 minutes.
Check on your broth. It should be fairly runny, with broken down lumps of turkey. If it is very thin, add another stock cube or two.
Stir well, until slightly thicker and a brownish colour.
Simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes
Eat with a hunk of bread!
