Mozarella ravioli with veg

Colourful, slightely spicey, sweet, soft from the cheese and crunchy from the vegetables. This recipe can also be juicey from the melted mozarella cheese and the extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients
  • Mozarella Cheese, Ravioli, Julien Carrots, Courgettes, Baby sweet corn, Red peppers and Tomatoes.

Directions
Make your pasta and cut out with 4 or 5 cm circles, fill the pasta with the mozarela cheese, place a seperate piece of pasta on top. Make sure you wet the edges of the 1st piece of pasta. Cut vegetables to apropriatesizes but for the carrots - julien. Cook the cheese ravioli for 8 - 10 minutes. While the pasta is cooking fry off the vegetables so that they are a bit crunchy. Once vegetables are done add in the ravioli and cook for a further minute. Place on serving plates and drizzle over with the Extra Virgin olive oil. And Enjoy!
