this i have to say so my self shocked me its a lovely creamy curry and i think any indian will be shock on how gd it is it is a fast curry and cheep to make so please leave me a note if u try it of how u think i did n makeing up a indian curry

- around 30 min or less
- 4 to 6 depending on size of serving
- 2 colves of garlic crushed and choped
- 2 med onions sliced
- 2stp of mustard seeds
- 2tsp of cumin seeds
- 1tsp of crushed chilles
- 1tsp of ground ginger
- 1tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1tsp of ground coriander
- 2 to 3 curry leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2tsp of turmeric
- 2tsp of paprika
- 2 saches of creamed coconut
- 1tin of coconut milk
- 3/4 tin plum tomatoes blended
- fresh corriander choped rufly
- 3to 4 chicken breasts diced
- oil
- salt t
fry in a large pan with oil the onions and garlic until the onions are translucent add in the mustard seeds ,cumin seeds and chillies cook for 2 to 3 Min'sthen add in the ginger ,cinnamon and ground coriander for another 2 to 3 Min's and in the turmeric, curry leaves , bay leaves and chicken cook until the chicken is opaque add in the paprika tomatoes creamed and milk coconut cook until chicken is cooked threw around 10 to 15 Min's add salt to taste then at last min add in the chopped coriander and serve with rice
