Steve's best ever beef burger

Some say the home of burgers is the states, but my little recipe brings it home! I must admit I only ever BBQ my burgers and have now idea how hey'd turn out if you cooked them any other way. The great thing about making your own burgers, if you've got children, is tht you can shape and size the burgers to any size you like, suitable for all ages. Also if you fancy spicing it up a bit grown ups can have there own more spicy mix !!

Very very nice... Thank you!! I added a bit of cheese in the middle of the burger for little indulgence ;-)
