Sticky Glazed Pork With Swiss Chard and Braised Leeks

  • 2, easily doubled
Ingredients
  • 2 pork loin steaks or chops
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
  • 2 teasps English mustard
  • Splash of English apple juice
  •  
  • 150g chard - all sorts of colours
  • 300g leeks, trimmed, well washed and sliced
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • sea salt, freshly ground pepper

Directions
1. Mix the mustard and honey with a little apple juice, smear over the pork. Do this ahead if you have time. Set aside while you prepare your veg. 2. Take the chard leaves off the stalks, wash well and slice finely. Slice the stalks finely. 3. Put the oil in a large pan add the leeks and chard stalks, stir fry for a few mins, season well, cover and cook until tender. 4. Pre heat the grill until hot. Grill pork for about 4 mins each side or until cooked, brush or spoon over any spare glaze. 5. Mix chard leaves in with the veg and cook for a couple of mins. Serve straight away with a few potatos
