Ideal as an accompaniment or a quick snack, these quick, simple pork pieces are really tasty and generally quite cheap depending on what cut you use.

Ingredients
  • 2-3 Strips of Pork Belly/Shoulder
  • 4 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions
If you have a george forman grill turn it on, otherwise just heat a little oil in a pan (although I've never tried it that way). Take your pork strips and take the skin off, and cut into bitesize chunks. Mix the flour, paprika together and season to taste with the salt and pepper. Toss the pork in the flour mixture, then once the oil is heated or grill is hot, bung them in/on and leave to cook till golden (Note: If your frying in oil you will have to turn them over).
