Ingredients
  • 6 Eggs, 2 tblspn honey or brown sugar, 400g couveture chocolate, 100ml cream, cocoa powder

Directions
This is an easy recipe you can do with a bowl and fork. Preheat oven to 180C. Melt chocolate gently (double boiler) while beating the eggs and honey together until foamy. Add chocolate slowly and then gently fold in the cream. Pour mixture into 22cm pan. Place this pan into baking tray half filled with boiling water. Bake slice for thirty minutes naked then bake for further twenty minutes with foil loosely placed on top. Allow to cool then refridgerate overnight. Remove from pan and slice, dusting with cocoa powder prior to serving. Can be served on its own or, alternatively, served with a dollop of ice cream.
