Cheap Dish for all the Family. We had this last night and it served my family of five and two extras the kids had dragged in!

  • 5-8 people
Ingredients
  • 1 Courgette (grated)
  • 1 tin tomoatoes or 6 fresh chopped tomotoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 carrots (grated)
  • 1 flat mushroom (chopped)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mixed herbs (dried)
  • 1 bag pasta
  • olive oil
  • Cheese (grated)

Directions
Put a pan of water on to boil Add a little salt. Put some olive oil in a pan and heat. Add the onions, garlic, chilli and mushroom and heat until soft. Add courgetts, carrot tomatoes, mixed herbs and some salt and pepper and mix together with the onions, garlic and chilli. put lid on pan and keep on a low heat, stir every couple of minutes. When water starts to boil add pasta. When pasta is cooked drain and mix together with all the ingredients from the pan. serve on to plates with a sprinkle of cheese.
