add some time to catch the zander, its worth it, do not use lemon for the fish. a simple way to a nice meal

Ingredients
  • 1 or two zander (should be apxx. 1.4 kilo fillet), two leek, two celery, two fennel
  • floury potatoes

Directions
fillet zander, cut the veggies in small strips, peel potatoes steam veggies in a good pinch of olive oil for 15 minutes (add salt moderately) , leave them to cool until hand warm. start cooking the potatoes in time to get them mashed. Put zander on top of the veggies in a glass form (do not forget salt and pepper), close lid and cook in the oven (180°C) for 45 mins. Start this process more or less cool, the fluids of the zander and the veggies will mix to a perfect taste.
