Really tasty pie

  • 2 greedies, 4 with a big salad
Ingredients
  • 400g grated zucchini, yellow & green!
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2-3 rashers chopped bacon
  • 5 eggs, lightly whisked
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup of light oil
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • salt & pepper

Directions
Combine the lot & put into a oven dish or baking tray Cook for 30-40 minutes at 180 oc
