As much as I would love to come to HQ for a course with the River Cottage Team I have not yet had the time, so I got this to keep me going! It is very informative, clear, and is the only effective course of its kind that I have found.

Now I well and truly know what's what when I visit the butchers, hoping to crack making my own Chorizo too as its a lot cheaper than buying it!
