How can I get my Hens to lay in their hutch?

I live in New Zealand and have six Hens who do not lay in their hutch. Instead they lay in the bush around the house. They have water, food and straw in their hutch to lay in but still they leave me clambering through the bush in seach of eggs at the end of the day!

Any help would be apprieciated :)
