This is a firm favorite with our guest and is a lovely dessert that sits in the same league as spotty dick and custard! A guest comment was " Michelin Star, but with out the ponsy bits!

I know, everyone hates butterbeans, but I promise you, once you have tried this recipe you'll want it all the time. Especially good for people on a low GI diet, and vegetarians. Think of mashed potato with their skins on and spring onions copped into them! DELISH!!!!

Hello Everyone who holds the Chicken Out campaign dear to their hearts! Fancy supporting a local Chicken Out, fundraising event and spending a free night in an AA, Four Star, Highly Commended Guest House in Poole Dorset. The accommodation is ABSOLUTELY FREE? Here at the Bees Knees Guest House in Poole Dorset (www.beesknees-guesthouse.co.uk.) are holding a fundraising campaign dinner on the 27th February and it includes FREE ACCOMMODATION FOR 1 NIGHT. All we want you to do is to come along, enjoy a set three course Chicken dinner (costing £20.00 per person) and join in our raffel to win some River Cottage Goodies. All proceeds including the cost of your accommodation will be donated to the River Cottage Chicken Out campaign.
