Beef, Stilton and Guinness pie
A lovely winter warmer which featured in Olive magazine a few years ago. I made it with white stilton cheese and served it with sweet potato mash and some greens. Lovely! * you can add what ever veg you want to the pie, maybe leeks or carrots*
Carrot Cupcakes
This recipe is from an old Asda magazine i had lying around. The magazine states that that these can be frozen un-iced.
White Chocolate Frosting
This is a lovely frosting with just a hint of white chocolate, even people who are not lovers of white chocolate have enjoyed this frosting.
Chocolate Fudge Frosting
This is a nice fudgy icing, makes a change from normal butter cream.
White chocolate and any berry muffins.
These muffins are a firm favourite at the school PTA events. I normally make them with strawberries but any berries can be used. As for serving sizes they can be made in small cake cases, stretching the batter even further.
Creamy Pumpkin Soup
This delicious thick, creamy pumpkin soup is a firm favourite in the Haly household. It is delicious served with garlic bread or cheese on toast.
Chocolate Croissant Pudding (Chocolate wobble cake in my house)
This recipe is for one of Phil Vickery's puddings, It's almost a bread and butter pudding but with chocolate in the custard and pain au chocolates in place of the bread. The things in brackets are thing i do if there is something i am missing or if i have fancied a change.
