Persia
Location: Devizes, United Kingdom
View on mapAbout Me: Most of it's far too complicated to explain, it'll be easier to read my website, but on a more normal note, I'm 39 and the person that knows me best in the world describes me as a cross between Nigella Lawson and Russel Brand, although I'm not sure if this is something I should admit. I LOVE cooking and eating. Baking is my absolute favourite thing to do. I am very big on replacing white flour with wholemeal and replacing cane sugar with low GI, natural sugars such as fructose and Agave Nectar. So really everything I bake is health food! I also love sustainability. I live in a town but am on the list for an allotment (v excited) but I do grow my own herbs indoors. I've joined this site to write a blog as I have decided to cook my way through Hugh's entire veg book which I am also v excited about!
