Advice about the Fish course

I was lucky enough to get a voucher for a RC course for my 40th and had been thinking about the fish course but have just read 2 really disappointing reviews after a number of glowing reviews. The poor reviews were posted earlier in April - can anyone else who'e been on a fish course at RC recently give any more feedback

I get my fish through a local deli because there's no fishmonger nearby. His suppliers don't do smoked pollack and none of the supermarkets near us stock it - we're in North Hampshire. Does anyone have any recommended suppliers?
