I would like to know what/how much 1 dl of apple juice is in the Ovenbaked Cod starter by Kokke Kniven which was pasted onto the River Cottage website on the 12th /2/12 as I am looking to use this recipe. However, I am at the moment on a re-education mission for myself and need to swap items from the recipe to go along with my Slimming World plan so I can lose weight for health reasons. Also, I am an insulin dependent diabetic so need to use sweetners rather than sugar. In addition to this I don't touch alcohol (medication reasons)so will need to omit any alcohol from any recipes I use and would like to know if this will in any way subtract from the end results.
