Hi,

I made my first Gravadlax last week, and have to say it was really nice, I am now keen to have a go at building a smoker and mking my own smoked fish. I'm afraid that my technical ability s limited to the kitchen so the thought of welding and building is a bit of an alien concept so any pointers on smoker costruction would be very much appreciated as would (of course) an recipes.
