Turkey mince burgers with an asian twist.

CHEATS DEVILLED LIVER

Pigs or Lambs liver cooked in olive oil then laid on some fresh brown or white chunky toast. The liver juices in the pan then mixed with some balsamic vinegar and some sweet chilli sauce from a bottle. A cheats version of Hughs recipe using liver instead of kidneys and a bottled sauce.
