Freezing dry cured bacon?

hi all,
I have just started curing some of beautiful pork products, courtesy of our two lovely saddlebacks, and have a large amount of salami and chorizo, which are coming along nicely. i have also followed Hughs recipe for dry curing bacon, as shown on pig in a day and in his book the river cottage cook book. The bacon is looking fantastic, and as i don't have any way of smoking them i was wondering if it can be frozen, after it has hung for a week. If anybody knows or has attempted this in the past then any information would be greatly appreciated.
