Tender pieces of beef cooked in chianti wine with crusty basil dumplings. I grew my basil from seed in the greenhouse, the seeds germinated really quickly and I have four pots of lovely basil leaves. I love the heady smell of chopped fresh basil, it's my favourite herb!
