this i have to say so my self shocked me its a lovely creamy curry and i think any indian will be shock on how gd it is it is a fast curry and cheep to make so please leave me a note if u try it of how u think i did n makeing up a indian curry

hi there hugh ive just watch ur rc hq xmas specil with the 10 bird roast . fab idea .i must say it made me giddle on how it was put together .if ur goin 2 do it again i hope u dont mind if i give u this tip dont start wi the larger bird first start wi the smallest n rapround the next size up and so on u will find it fits better plus always but the next bird seam side down first so the seams are not all on the same side try it out hope it works it did for me with a 5 bird roast wi stuffing on ea layer yum yum lol . ps hope u do another xmas specil love xmas cooking take care hugh many thanks for a great show n ideas . sara

ok were to start well i serpose its in my username sarasgotadream for years i have had a dream of owning my own land with a home on it just like rivercottage but cant do this as im on a low income with 3 kids missing out on the greatness of countery liveing im hopeing someone on here may help by knowing weather i can get a grant or something as im wanting 2 do the hole hog .i want 2 grow my own food and have my own livestock hope someone out there can advise me many thanks sara
