Let loose the Italian in you, in this half-day demo-led workshop on gluten-free pizza, fresh pasta-making and more!
Join Naomi Devlin, our gluten-free expert, who will teach you how to make your own gluten-free grissini, tagliatelle and pizzette, and inspire you with some delicious seasonal sauces and toppings to accompany them. There will be plenty of delicious things to eat along the way, and by the end of the workshop, you'll be ready to make pizzas like a pro and turn out your own gluten free pasta and grissini too!
The course will take place in Borough Market’s Cookhouse venue, an open plan kitchen and dining space with a bird’s eye view of the season’s finest produce in the market below.
