Nose-to-tail at Borough Market (9am-1.00pm)

At River Cottage, nothing is wasted and everything is celebrated - learn how to prepare and enjoy ‘everything but the squeak, with award-winning chef & author, Gill Meller.

In this half-day, demo led Nose-to-Tail course, Gill Meller will teach you how to prepare and enjoy ‘everything but the squeak’, with an introduction to the art of cooking lesser-used cuts of meat – from trotters to cheeks and a few other bits in between.

At each event, you’ll be treated to a taster menu of the dishes that are being prepared that day.

The course will take place in Borough Market’s Cookhouse venue, an open plan kitchen and dining space with a bird’s eye view of the season’s finest produce in the market below.
