SPRING FOOD FAIR MASTERCLASS: Get your aprons on and wooden spoons at the ready, it’s time to master the art of making the perfect choux pastry!
You will spend the first part of the masterclass learning how to master the pastry – once this is complete and they are in the oven you’ll turn your attention to making an indulgent filling and topping for your choux buns. It will then be time to assemble everything and put the finishing touches to your dessert! You never know, these might just become one of your dinner party essentials for years to come!
Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the fair to take part in the masterclasses.

This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 12.00pm- 1.00pm.
This dining event is run from River Cottage HQ on the Dorset/Devon borders. Full address details of HQ will be provided once you have booked.
