FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS: Somerset Cider Brandy Tasting with Cheese

If you haven’t tried Julian Temperley’s Somerset Cider Brandies and his other delicious apple-based booze then you are missing out. And what better way to learn, than from the family who reinvigorated this ancient craft. What’s more, The Cheese Shed will be sharing some of their tastiest farmhouse cheeses: yes cheese and brandy do work together!

Julian will be your tutor on Saturday which is reason alone to join in this session, and his daughter Matilda Temperley will guide the session on Sunday.

We recommend that you eat beforehand as the Somerset Cider Brandy crew are generous when it comes to tastings!

Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the festival to take part in the masterclasses.

This masterclass is for over 18s only.

This masterclass will take place in the yurt from 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
