Creative cooking with tea

FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS: Join chef Matt Williamson who will be using Pukka Herbs tea blends in creative ways to flavour delicious summer recipes. You’ll learn how to make (and get to taste!) a Middle Eastern menu.

Join chef Matt Williamson and learn creative ways to flavour delicious summer recipes.

Lemon, Ginger & Manuka Honey, Lemongrass & Ginger, Matcha Green Tea and Turmeric, these flavours are frequently used to cook with but you may never have used flavoured teas in your cooking. Matt will talk through and demonstrate simple recipes which will teach you to be more inventive with the wonderful flavour combination of teas more. All the recipes and many samples of the products will be available to take home.

This class will take place in the Yurt from 11.15am-12.15pm on Sunday 25 August.

Please note that you are required to have a Festival entrance ticket.
