FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS: Learn the art of making vegetable curry and chapattis in just one hour.
Join our nutrition expert Naomi Devlin and learn how to make chapatti, raita, chutney and a quick seasonal curry. Chapattis are a quick unleavened bread that you can make in minutes for a quick weekday supper – you’ll be making ones from buckwheat and quinoa. Learn how to throw together a spicy, filling, plant-based meal in moments.
Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the festival to take part in the masterclasses.
We regret there are no member discounts for this class. Please note that gluten free options are available for this masterclass, but the venue cannot be guaranteed 100% gluten free as it is a mixed use area. If you have coeliac disease, please bear this in mind and contact us for more information if necessary.
This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 3.30pm-4.30pm.
