Festival Ramen Bowl Masterclass
FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS - A ramen bowl is the ultimate in nourishing soul food and tastes utterly delicious.
Join our nutrition expert Naomi Devlin and learn how to make your own noodles and fragrant broth. You will use these to make the base of your Devon Ramen filled with seasonal veg, fermented pickles and British miso to take away and eat.
Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the Festival to take part in the masterclasses.
We regret there are no member discounts for this class.
This masterclass will take place on Saturday 24 August in the Cookery School from Midday – 1.00pm
This masterclass is suitable for those with a gluten free or vegan diet but please do be aware that at the Festival we cannot guarantee zero contamination. If you are unsure please call 01297 630302.

This dining event is run from River Cottage HQ on the Dorset/Devon borders. Full address details of HQ will be provided once you have booked.

This class is suitable for all levels (over 12s only please). Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. We put these guidelines in place for the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our guests.

We kindly request you do not specify dislikes or preferences as we would love you to try the dishes our chefs have specifically created for the event so you can experience the menu as it was intended.
